Unified Pieces is a black-owned puzzle company, focused on creating a high quality, fresh, frame worthy, non tech meditative experience. The designs in our collections are specially curated, unifying artists and designers from all over the world
How is Unified Pieces different?
Is Unified Pieces eco-friendly?
Heck Ya! Are products are made from 100% recycled ESKA Blue board (2.2mm) and eco-friendly ink. We also include a linen, reusable Zipper bag with each purchase to preserve your pieces for future puzzling.
Who are the artists you work with?
The Unified Pieces Collection is made up of the finest artists from around the globe. Together, we create a curated line of products that are influenced by the culture, yet embody individuality and uniqueness. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do! Are you taking artist submissions?
Unified Pieces features the work of independent artists from around the world. We are always looking to partner with more artists . We are open to all concepts and styles, though sometimes we do calls for submissions on specific topics. If you are interested in working with us, please contact art@unifiedpieces.com

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States. Please allow for additional shipping time due to delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order total.

Where is my order?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days. For tracking, please click the link provided with your order.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We do not currently offer exchanges or store credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. If you need help with a recent order, contact us at support@unifiedpieces.com
Yes! We do offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. The puzzle must be unopened, and in the original shrink wrap. We will need proof of purchase to process the return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow your credit card company/bank ample time to reissue the money.
Do you ship Internationally?
Please bare with us, we are working for an effective and fair method for our International customers!
What if my package was stolen or lost?
YIKES! We are sorry to hear that. Unfortunately this does happen. We cannot refund or replace items if your tracking number reads as "delivered." We ask you contact your package courier in this situation.
Can you replace a missing piece?
We Got you! This is a tricky task to fulfill for many puzzle companies. However, if you send us a few pictures of the puzzle and area surrounding the missing piece, we'll gladly send you out a replacement.
- The Piece Rescue program is valid for 45 days from the original purchase date.
My Puzzle arrived damaged, what do I do?
The shipping process is not always kind. If your order arrives damaged, just email your order number and a photo to support@unifiedpieces.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We’ll be happy to replace your order or issue a credit.

Do you provide discounts?
Subscribe to our newsletter, and you’ll unlock a 10% discount! (We increased this to 15% for the launch.) Also, we periodically announce other promotions, so stay tuned to our social media or newsletter for the 411.
